Con: There is one internal zipper pocket- only wish it was a bit larger as I like to put my wallet & phones in there...
Pros: It comes with a shoulder strap that is nice once in a while, the changing pad is nice, it has 2 pockets on the end for bottles etc...the bag has worked very well for me (other than being stalked in Babies R Us by other Paul Frank lovers!)
